Files are saved to the corpus vault. Run a sweep from Integrations to process them.

After upload, here's what happens
  1. File is content-hashed and stored in the Vault under its SHA-256.
  2. Parser picks a path based on content (PyMuPDF → Docling fallback for scans).
  3. Haiku tiers the document (1-5) and tags its type.
  4. If it's level 1-4, Sonnet extracts commitments; if level 5, it feeds the retrieval index.
  5. Opus re-verifies every commitment that this document touches.
